Kim has a real gift for helping people move past their limiting beliefs and step into what they’re capable of, even when they can’t quite see it themselves yet.
We all know that feeling at some point in business and in life. You have an idea or a dream, but you feel frozen with fear. The future feels uncertain, and you start convincing yourself that maybe it’s safer not to try at all.
Then Kim shows up.
She has this incredible way of offering thoughtful suggestions, genuine encouragement, and sometimes the friendly kick in the butt we all need to get moving again.
I’ll never forget when she did that for me. Her advice was so simple it almost surprised me: “JUST START.” She proceeded to tell me that what I am selling, I already have in my head. All I have to do is put it out there for the world to see what I have to offer. She was right.
Those two words stuck with me. And so I did.
Looking back now, I truly don’t think I would have taken that first step without her encouragement. A year ago, I honestly didn’t believe I’d be where I am today. I’m still on the journey, still building and learning every day, but that moment of someone believing in me enough to say “you can do this” made all the difference.

Kim was a genuinely massive support as I navigated the beginning stages of turning my passion into a business. We worked together to determine how my idea of operating a non-profit as an events company to raise money for animal rescues would look, since it was not a typical tourism company. Kim was open-minded, creative, and had a wealth of knowledge to share to help me realize my vision. I felt so supported as I took the steps needed to go from a dream to a business, and I value her insight so much!

I am honoured to put a testimonial on your website.
When I first started my company, it was a side hustle—something I felt called to explore, but not yet something I fully stepped into. Through the evolution of my journey and with the guidance of my mentor, Kim Jones, I officially launched my business in October 2024.
That first year was a powerful learning curve. As a solo entrepreneur, I was not only building a business—I was building confidence in myself. One of my biggest challenges was valuing my work and charging what it was truly worth. With Kim's support and guidance, I learned to stand in that worth and build my business from the ground up.
In my first year, I reached over $75,000 in revenue. Looking ahead, I am projecting $250,000-$500,000 this coming year—and over $1 million the following year, 2027.
If you had told me a few years ago that I would be the founder of two businesses—creating opportunities for others, supporting local families, and building something for my own family—I’m not sure I would have believed it.
But here I am.
And perhaps most importantly, I am showing my sons and grandchildren what an Indigenous woman-led business can look like—grounded in purpose, resilience, and heart.
